The Bridge is Up

The bridge is up. A blockage or an opening? Depends if you're the one or the many.
It seems infrequent that such expense and effort is expended to make way for one. Though I suppose when the few are considered over the many
it is always at great expense.
When paths cross, one must yield to avoid catastrophe for both. Who decides to yield, who gets the right of way. If no-one yields, both paths
are altered and neither reaches their goal.
